We love experimenting with different recipes, and this one is a must-try! Our Gut-Friendly Vanilla & Cinnamon Porridge is both fulfilling and nutritious ~ recreate it yourself with our recipe below.

Serves 4



To Top:
  • 1 ripe pear, sliced
  • Flaked almonds
  • Couple of pinches of cinnamon


  1. Place the oats and the milk/ water in a large pan over a medium heat. Add a tiny pinch of sea salt and stir with a wooden spoon.
  2. Bring to a steady simmer for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring as often as you can to give you a smooth creamy porridge.
  3. Add Gut Restore Collagen Powder and mix well until you have your preferred consistency.
  4. To top: add sliced pear, almonds, a few pinches of cinnamon & a drizzle of honey.
