Hero Ingredients
Grass-fed bovine collagen (6g per serve): from a source raised free from added hormones and antibiotics. Collagen is a protein.
Prebiotic fibre blend (5g per serve): acacia gum and apple fibre. About the same as 2 cups of broccoli.
L-glutamine: an amino acid.
Live cultures (6 billion CFU per serve): Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium lactis.
Digestive enzyme blend: protease, amylase, lipase, lactase and cellulase.
Organic beetroot: for a naturally pretty pink, no artificial colours.
Naturally sweetened with stevia: no added sugar.
How To Use
Add one heaped tablespoon (13g) to a tall glass of cold water, or any beverage, once or twice a day. Stir vigorously until fully dissolved. Best served cold.
It doesn't taste like pink lemonade it tastes horrible and watery - also doesn't dissolve very well so have floating bits constantly on the top of my glass. Will not ever buy again
Love this product. I have used other brands similar products and found Frank Simple to be the most effective for me. I have tried both flavours and find the Vanilla is delicious!
I've Just started on This product. I only Take a teaspoonful per day as I'm taking other supplements. I'm noticing a difference in my gut elimination. The other good part about it is that I can afford it.

My only issue is how much is a heaped teaspoon . The blurb on the back of the container says to use 13 g which seems to be far more than a heaped teaspoon.
